We look forward to doing business and hopefully we can do several transaction a year. However as a business we have to have a few guidelines which will give you the customer a sense of what to expect from us. Below are a few issues that need to be addressed and will provide you with an understanding of our policies.
We can not ship product until payment is received in full. We offer very competitive prices and so payment has to be prompt. You have the option of ground, two day, three day, and next day delivery. Total shipping charges are calculated by weight or a flat rate ship charge. The shipping cost is quoted along with delivery options on the "Shopping Cart" page before final checkout. Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to APO, FPO, PSC, or PO Boxes.
Ground shipment takes about one to seven business days, depending on the shipping address. Orders placed during the weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. We are also able to ship using UPS, FedEx or DHL. We can use your account if necessary and we can drop ship anywhere in the world.
Returns and Refund Policies
The main cause of returned product is because the wrong product was ordered. We do our best to faciltate our customers, but we too have to fulfill our obligations to our suppliers and partners and so certain conditions have to be put inplace.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee if the error was on the customers's side. Customer pays for the shipping cost of any product returned. All replacements are shipped ground unless paid by the customer for faster method. Physically damaged products are not returnable or refundable.
